This isn't your average kid's gym class. Squads Fitness is a tactical, team-based fitness experience that transforms exercise into an epic mission of movement, mindset, and meaning.
Kid's are organized into "squads" and compete in physical and mental challenges designed to build strength, skills, stamina, smarts - and most importantly - connection.
