Cancellation & Refund Policy
​• Full refund if you withdraw within 24 hours after your child’s first attended session.
• Credits or rescheduled sessions will be offered if classes are cancelled due to weather, school closures, or public health orders.
• No refunds for missed sessions or withdrawal after the first week.

Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that participation in Squads Fitness involves physical activity, which carries risks including but not limited to: sprains, bruises, and in rare cases more serious injuries.
I acknowledge that:
- My child's participation is voluntary.
- Squads Fitness will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment.
- Despite these precautions, there are inherent risks in physical activity.
Code of Conduct
I understand that Squads Fitness is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. I agree that:
- My child must follow staff instructions and program rules.
- Behaviour involving violence, bullying, or repeated disruption may result in suspension or removal from the program.
- In the case of removal due to behaviour, no refund will be provided.
